His training expertise is based not only on real-world experience but, more importantly, on cutting-edge scientific research. Steve received his Master's degree in Exercise Science from Texas A&M University where he also served as a graduate assistant in the Human Performance Laboratory. Dale Londos is an LMT and Active Release Techniques (ART) practitioner with 8 years experience treating athletes -- from Olympians in Track and Field to local triathletes, marathon runners, cyclists and all fitness enthusiasts. He holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Texas and wrote 3D modeling software in California before pursuing a semi-pro running and triathlon lifestyle in Eugene, Oregon (Tracktown, USA). Sonya Barrera is an ACSM, NCEP and IFFA certified trainer who lost more than 80 pounds to compete in her first figure competition. Britt Lorraine teaches Ron Fletcher Pilates. A dancer from a young age, Britt began Pilates as rehabilitation for her broken tailbone, sustained during childbirth and inhibiting her ability to stand, much less dance. Because of Pilates she is able to dance again and is dedicated to helping others strengthen their core muscles in order to pursue their respective athletic endeavors. She holds a B.F.A. in Dance from Southern Methodist University and an M.F.A. in Dance from the University of Iowa. She trained and performed with the Martha Graham Dance Company in New York. In 2007, she founded Saint Lorraine Dance Company in San Antonio and continues to dance and choreograph.

Deborah Andersen teaches yoga and Pilates. She earned her B.F.A. in Dance and B.A. in Psychology from the University of Iowa. She began her study of yoga while traveling in India, and in 2006 earned her certificate in Yoga Education from Yoga Vidya Gurukul in Nasik, India. Upon returning to the United States, Deborah relocated to San Antonio from Iowa to perform with Saint Lorraine Dance Company.
